Information gathered through the Omica’s Kava Tonic website is owned and used solely by Terepia Sales, LLC. Personally identifiable information is not shared, rented or sold to others, except where we are legally bound to share private information upon request of law enforcement.

Users of our website are encouraged to research the privacy policies of all sites they use, including those located via links. The privacy policy stated here applies only to the Omica Kava Tonic site.
Information collected to gather information for internal business use, such as tracking page views and site administration, is distinguished through IP addresses, which are not linked to site user’s or customer’s personally identifiable information.
Customer information is protected both in-house and online, and our website is designed to keep personally identifiable information, including credit card and other information, secure. The entire website is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This can be verified by noting the “padlock” symbol next to the address bar in the web browser.
Our site does not store credit card information in any way in which an employee can access, whether in a customer account, on an order form, or in any other accessible area. Access to all other personal information is limited to only those staff members who must use it in order to fulfill customer-requested orders.
Only customers who have requested to be added to our newsletter subscription list receive general newsletters, emails, or other information. Our newsletter subscription list contains only email addresses, and no other customer information. We do not send advertisements, marketing material, or other general information to our entire customer base. We do not use any remarketing services.
The Omica’s Kava Tonic website is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from anyone under the age of 18.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
